Privacy notice

What we store

Your name, email and organisation; the documents you upload and the finished PDFs you issue; the stamp, signature and initials images you save; signers' names, emails, IP addresses and browser details for documents sent for signature, and an audit log of actions in your workspace. Uploaded files and images are encrypted on our servers.

Who can see it

Your documents are visible to you and, for administrators, to your organisation. Signatures and initials are visible only to the person who saved them. Anyone with a verification link can see the record status, issuer name, issue date and page count, and the document title unless the issuer hides it. The document itself is never shown publicly.

Files checked on the verification page

A file uploaded to check a record is hashed in memory and discarded. It is not stored.

Your choices

Contact info@metaxparagon.com to ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. You can also export your data or delete your workspace yourself from Account settings. Records needed to keep already-issued verification pages working may be retained in minimal form. Completed documents with a public verification record may be kept so that recipients can still check them, unless you ask us to remove the record.
